WE OFFER FULL REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES INTO A DIFFERENT SIZE IF AN UNWANTED ITEM IS SHIPPED/POSTMARKED WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM WHEN IT WAS DELIVERED TO YOU.

  2. VISIT THE DELIVERY SERVICE WEBSITE AND ENTER YOUR WAYBILL NUMBER;
  3. PACK YOUR ITEMS WITH A LABEL ON THE BOX.

PLEASE NOTICE THAT THIS SERVICE COSTS 20€ FROM THE AMOUNT OF YOUR REFUND. 

RETURNS POLICY

IN ORDER TO RECEIVE A FULL REFUND, THE ITEM MUST BE RETURNED IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION WITH ORIGINAL LABELS AND PACKAGING AND MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY THE ORIGINAL SALES RECEIPT.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE IF THE MERCHANDISE DOES NOT MEET OUR STANDARDS. WHERE PROVIDED, ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING TO ACCOMPANY THE ITEM MUST BE INCLUDED AND RETURNED IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION. GOODS THAT ARE RETURNED WITH DAMAGES MAY NOT BE ACCEPTED, AND MAY BE SENT BACK TO THE CUSTOMER.

IN CASE OF ABSENCE OF DESIRED SIZE, HOLY BASE MAY PROVIDE A STORE CREDIT FOR A RELEVANT AMOUNT OR REFUND.

IN CASES NOT COVERED BY THIS DELIVERY AND RETURN POLICY, ISSUES ARE SOLVED INDIVIDUALLY BY NEGOTIATIONS OF THE PARTIES.

CONFIDENTIALITY AND INFORMATION PROTECTION

1. Personal data of the User/Buyer are processed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI as of 01 June 2010 "On the protection of personal data". The period of storage and processing of personal data is 5 years.

2. The Seller shall have the right to send informational messages, including advertising messages, to the User/Buyer's e-mail and mobile phone with their consent. The User/Buyer shall have the right to refuse to receive advertising and other information without explaining the reasons for the refusal. Service messages informing the User/Buyer about the order and the stages of its processing, can not be rejected by the User/Buyer.

3. The Seller shall not be responsible for the information provided by the User/Buyer on the Site in a publicly available form.

4. The Seller shall have the right to record telephone conversations with the User/Buyer. The Seller hereby undertakes to: prevent attempts at unauthorised access to the information received during telephone conversations and/or its transfer to third parties who are not directly related to the execution of the Orders, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine No. 2657-XII as of 02.10.1992 "On Information".
